I worked in corporate America for over 2 decades and was blessed to have had a variety of roles. My career was very successful, however, I became unhappy with how corporations devalued their employees, so I implemented my exit strategy, opened 2 Quick Casual Saladworks Units, and never looked back.

In the first 5 years, I was an owner/operator. I learned every aspect of the businesses, and successfully built the businesses to where now, I’m a semi-passive operator and act as a coach and mentor to my managers. That’s given me the freedom to build ProFit Franchise Partners, a Franchise consulting company designed to help people who are looking for something more than the corporate grind.

It’s worth pointing out that I didn’t use a broker when I decided upon Saladworks, and while I love my Franchise, knowing what and how to research franchises efficiently and accurately would have streamlined my process and saved me time and money.
